Shipping and Delivery

 

When will my order ship?

Generally your order will be shipped 7-10 business days after your order was confirmed.

 

When will my order arrive?

After your order has been dispatched the approximate delivery time is 10-13 days Internationally. 

 

How can I track my Order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email, simply click on the link provided. Please note that it may take a few hours until the shipping information is updated.

 

What happens when my order is lost?

We encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for your shipment, use the tracking number we sent you by email after your order has been dispatched. If you still require assistance please contact us by email: info@freyssinetspirit.com.

 

What are the Shipping Costs?

Shipping is free for all orders to the EU.

Shipping price for orders to UK is 8€.

Shipping price for orders to the US and Canada is 14€.

In case you live outside the EU, UK, US and Canada please contact us by email for shipping prices or select your country at checkout.

 

Shipping to Russia

We are unable to process orders to personal addresses in Russia. To be able to ship to Russia we require a Company Address and Business Name. If you already placed an order with your personal shipping information to Russia, we will ask for your Business information by email. If you can not provide this, we will refund your order.

 

Do I need to pay any duties?

Customs are pre-cleared by us so you will not have to pay any extra charges to receive your parcel. In very rare occasions if your parcel gets checked in customs we kindly ask you to clear customs and notify us by email. We have not had any issues with customs in Europe, UK, US and Canada. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change your order please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order we will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order.
